Mandara Spa moisturisers review

February 17, 2014

Over a year ago, I discovered a lovely hand cream from Mandara Spa that started a bit of a love affair with the brand . As you might be able to guess the products are created and used in the Mandara Spas across the world and while a visit is on my bucket list, these beauties help to make the wait easier.

The Mandara Spa range is described as a luxurious line of bath and bodycare products inspired by the natural ingredients used in the unique treatments across Mandara Spas around the world. The range consists of four beautiful collections: Tropical BloomsHoneymilk Dream,Amber Heaven, and Island Paradise.

“Each Mandara Spa product is specially formulated using the latest skincare technology combined with naturally active raw materials. Mandara Spa products are all free from SLES, SLS, parabens, mineral oils, animal ingredients (except honey, beeswax and milk) and DEA ensuring their suitability for all but the most sensitive of skins and honouring the purity of the ingredients whilst delivering enviable efficacy.”

Review:

Amber  Heaven nourishing hand cream –  This is “inspired by the sensual fragrance of Bali” and once that sandalwood and patchouli hit your senses you can imagine that they’ve got it just right. This is currently in my handbag right now and it totally makes me dream of summer sun during this super depressing weather.

Island Paradise revitalising foot butter – This foot butter is thick and creamy and once again smells so damn divine. I adore the fresh fragrance of grapefruit and lemon because it does transport you to an exotic spa in your mind. The naturally pampering ingredients of ginseg,  jojoba oil, shea butter, grapefruit, sweet orange, lemon and patchouli totally do the job.

Honeymilk dream nourishing hand cream – This is the product that started it all for me. The mix of honey and sweet almond oil not only smells lush but with the addition of kukui nut oil, wheat germ oil and vitamin E, it totally leaves you with super soft hands. LOVE
