MUSIC IS ALL WE GOT!
And thank goodness for Chance The Rapper and his amazing way of sharing that very message.
I first saw Lil Chano perform during one of his first big gigs in London at Wireless Festival 2014 and even then it was clear that his stage show alongside The Social Experiment was something special.
I have no issues admitting that I first became a Chance fan because of Justin Bieber – Confident was a TUNE OF LIFE – and I didn’t immediately fall in love with Chance straight after the 2014 gig.
But I remember loving his vibe, the groove of his music and the fact he remixed the Arthur soundtrack like an absolute boss.
Fast forward a few years and Chance is now one of my favourite rappers around, not because everyone else is into now but because of the message he has been sharing through his actions and his music.
I was so excited for his London stop for The Magnificent Coloring World Tour and he did not disappoint.
The crowd was so hyped, the music was fiyah, The Social Experiment were great as always and it was just one of the best gigs I’ve ever been to in my life.
Chance was PREACHING throughout the interludes on the night and considering the gig took place on a Sunday night, it was only right that he basically took us to CHURCH.
I can’t wait to see him on stage again and again and again!
Have you ever seen Chance live? What did you make of his gig?
