Restaurant Diet: Coppa Club, Oxford Circus

September 9, 2017
The latest stop in the Restaurant Diet series is the “loved by Instagrammers” hotspot, Coppa Club.

Last year saw Coppa Club break the internet with the announcement of the oh-so-cute igloos at their Tower Bridge location for the winter season.

The reaction was so big that their booking systems completely crashed and it had to just operate on a first come, first served basis for months and months.

Sadly, I never got to go check out the igloos, and then when they installed the Coppa Cabanas – I still missed out. Booking in advance is something I really need to get better at!

But thanks to a cute TimeOut offer, I managed nab tickets for myself and my girls to enjoy a chic but cheap brunch at any Coppa Club venue of our choice and their Oxford Circus location ended up working best for us.

WHERE: 9-10 Market Place, London, W1W 8AQ – just a short walk from Oxford Circus tube station.

Tucked a few roads behind Oxford Street, the Coppa Club Oxford Circus is a laid-back find that is perfect for a catch up meal or a relaxed meet up in the city.

The Tower Bridge venue is obviously the top choice when booking but if you can’t bag a seat there then the other locations are still super cute.

A brass bar and open-plan kitchen lined with stools runs along the ground floor restaurant., while downstairs has more of a lounge vibe, with club chairs, low tables and a cocktail bar.

Outside, there’s a big, covered terrace with heaters and lighting that can be used all year round.

FOOD: The menu is mainly European food ranging from small plates and snacks to grilled mains, sourdough pizzas and healthy salads.

Our Timeout offer meant we got a  white peach sangria cocktail, a brunch menu item and a cafetiere for £15. Not too bad, eh?

While I definitely had room for more after tucking into my salmon benedict eggs, it was a delightful little meal.

VERDICT: Coppa Club is a lovely spot with several options around London city.

A mix of good food, great drinks and a nice atmosphere mixed with the chance to get a great view of London if you make it to their Tower Bridge spot.

Keep your eye out for deals taking place and you’ll enjoy it all on a lovely discounted rate. What’s not to love?
